Baggage
We’ve got you covered with a secure baggage area where you can safely leave your belongings. To make things easier, we recommend bringing as little as possible. Your baggage tag is conveniently attached to your race number – just tear it off and attach it to your bag. To collect your bag after the race, simply show your race number to the baggage tent staff, and they’ll assist you with finding your items.

Please note that items are left at your own risk, and we strongly advise against bringing valuables. We recommend bringing only essential items to the event.

Toilets
Lee Valley VeloPark has toilet facilities located within the main building, a short walk from the Start/Finish area. Additionally, we’ll have portable toilets available within the event village for your convenience. Be sure to plan ahead to avoid any last-minute dashes!

Refreshments
Stay hydrated! We’ll have water stations on the course at regular intervals, and more water waiting for you at the finish line. Along with your well-deserved post-race fresh fruit and medal, we’ll ensure you stay refreshed from start to finish.

During the Race
Our friendly marshals will be positioned around the course to guide and cheer you on, alongside clearly marked km signs and arrows to keep you on track. The 5K course involves two laps, while the 10K course takes you through four laps on the smooth, well-paved paths of the VeloPark. Please remember that Lee Valley VeloPark is a shared venue, so be considerate of other visitors, including cyclists.

Spectators
Spectators are welcome to explore the VeloPark and cheer on runners from various points around the course. Since it’s a lapped route, you’ll have multiple opportunities to see and encourage your favourite runners throughout the race.
